5 Reasons My New Palm Pre Is Awesome (& 3 Why It Sucks)


Why it's awesome:
  1. Texting and instant messaging are identical.
  2. Pandora on the go.
  3. The internet is usable with a few square inches.
  4. It automatically searches the Palm and the web when I start typing.
  5. The multitasking commands on the touch screen are way sexy. I get to "throw" apps closed.


Why it sucks:
  1. The keyboard is tiny to the point of unusable, and there's no on-screen keyboard or predictive typing.
  2. I can't transfer files to it via Bluetooth.
  3. The speakerphone is way too quiet.
